The new PLD Services Facility Building is being built on the remnant parcel of PLD Lot 2, and is an 11,500 square foot two or three story structure that will house the Parking Maintenance Unit and Meter Shop.
The contractor will achieve substantial completion and the facility will begin operations mid- November 2019.
